Summary
Working alongside talented art director and copywriter Karen Krosby, we approached the IA brand with bold angles of color and a strong leading voice to complement the commanding presence of the companies buildings and people. As the brand began to take shape, the company started to get more aggressive with it’s goals. The projects grew bigger in scope and support for the organization grew ten-fold after our branding transformation. It’s rewarding to know that they are now able to make more of an impact in the communities their efforts have helped to grow.
The Ask
Increase investments year over year to build new projects for their communities.
My Role
Starting from the ground up on a rebrand, my job was to build a brand that cut through the clutter and stood for building up communities. We touched every part of their company, from brochures to car wraps, social posts to a full website redesign. Working alongside Karen, we rebranded the entire organization including their buildings to attract new businesses and tenants and increase investments from up and coming investors, building a portfolio of properties that would grow in value faster than the competitors.
